Home-Start Aberdeen is all about people supporting people. From our staff, volunteers and trustees to our supported families, fundraisers and peer supporters, people are at the heart of everything we do.

Our small but dedicated team deliver our services to support families, manage our charity shop and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Chief Executive

Cameron joined the team in 2023. Cameron is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Home-Start Aberdeen.

Team Leader

Cathy joined the team in 2009. Cathy is responsible for leading on the delivery and oversight of Home-Start Aberdeen's servcies.

Our volunteers

 Volunteers are at the heart of everything Home-Start Aberdeen does.

Dozens of generous people giving up their time to support families, run our shop and help us to raise funds. 

There are too many to list them all here, but we want to extend a heartfelt thanks to each and every one of them. 

Our board

Our board of trustees are volunteers who generously give their time to support Home-Start Aberdeen. Their role is to set the strategic direction for our charity, to ensure that we fulfil our charitable purposes and to provide effective governance.

Our trustees come from a broad range of backgrounds and bring valuable life experiences to their roles.
